Music License

This page explains how TRACTURA music may be used. Simple rules, no hidden clauses. All tracks remain owned by the original artist.
Legal notice: In case of discrepancies or translation differences, the English version of this license is the legally binding version.

Ownership

All tracks published on TRACTURA are original works and remain the exclusive property of the artist. This license grants usage rights only - it does not transfer ownership.

No payment required · Free to use

Permitted Use

  • Social media & online content: YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, and all comparable platforms are allowed.
  • Monetized content: Allowed, but credits are required.
  • Non-monetized content: Allowed. Credits are not required, but appreciated.
  • Radio / Web radio: Allowed only with credits and a publicly visible track listing (“now playing” / playlist).
  • Downloads & redistribution: Allowed only with credits. You must clearly name the original artist.

Radio / Web Radio Requirements

  • Credits are mandatory. This can be fulfilled in one of the following ways:
  • Option A – Public track list:
    A publicly accessible list of played tracks exists (website, player UI, “now playing” page, playlist archive, etc.). If the artist is clearly credited there, no additional live credit is required.
  • Option B – Direct credit during playback:
    If no public track list exists, the artist must be credited visibly at the moment the track is played (e.g. on the website, radio UI, stream overlay or description).
  • No payment is required. Credits are sufficient.
Radio usage = credit required (Option A or B)

Prohibited Use

  • Selling the music (or any part of it).
  • Selling licenses or sublicenses for the music.
  • Claiming ownership, authorship, or exclusive rights.
  • Earning money with the music without giving credits.
  • Offering downloads without credits or presenting the tracks as your own work.
No reselling · No ownership claims

Credit Format

When credits are required, use something like this (clear and readable):
